Emily Troesch, Esquire

Emily Troesch, EsquireEmily Troesch, Esquire, is of-counsel for Linkhorst & Hockin, P.A. Ms. Troesch graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2004 where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a minor in Art History. Ms. Troesch then attended Florida State University College of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy and earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2007.

Prior to joining Linkhorst & Hockin, P.A., Ms. Troesch practiced as a litigator in the areas of commercial, construction and general civil litigation, banking and real property, as well as first-party property insurance. Most recently, Ms. Troesch had the pleasure of serving as assistant general counsel for a global construction company where she was able to put her 12 years of litigation skills and experience to the test. Ms. Troesch’s in-house experience has given her a better understanding of her corporate construction clients’ specific needs and challenges.

Ms. Troesch has represented various parties in construction issues, including public, commercial and residential owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers, equipment rental companies and sureties in all types of disputes, including bid protests, construction lien foreclosure and defect actions, payment and performance bond claims, contract disputes and all other areas of construction litigation, arbitration and mediation.
